Strategic Plan Extended For Another Year

During the April 20 Board Meeting, the UNA Board voted to extend the 2018-2021 Strategic Plan for another year given the uncertainty that the COVID-19 pandemic presents to the UNA.

The 2018-2021 Strategic Plan was a three-year plan developed by the Board and senior management and it will be extended for a fourth year. The Plan focuses on four strategic directions that remain relevant to the UNA’s current work: UNA governance, financial sustainability, operational capacity and community engagement.
