Renovations and Upgrades

Roof Replacement

We are prioritizing the maintenance and upkeep of our beloved Barn’s iconic roof to keep it the shining historical jewel that it is for many years to come.

Renovation starts: Late September 2023 | Duration: Approximately 3-4 weeks

Update: December 14, 2023

The Old Barn Community Centre roof repair is completed. Scaffolding is expected to be removed in the last week of December 2023.

Fitness Centre Renovation

New equipment, a new room layout and new fitness programs are coming your way as we upgrade the Old Barn Fitness Centre to meet your fitness needs.

Renovation starts: September 25, 2023 | Duration: Approximately two weeks

Update: October 13, 2023
Renovation is now complete and the Fitness Centre will be open for use starting Monday October 16, 2023.
Living Room Renovation

Our community is changing and so should our shared spaces! The new Living Room will be redesigned with better space functionality and comfortable furniture.

Renovation starts: September 4, 2023 | Duration: Approximately two weeks

Update: October 13, 2023
Renovation is now complete and the Living Room will be open for use starting Monday October 16, 2023.
A/V Equipment Upgrade

Our highly versatile meeting rooms are getting outfitted with a brand new projector and audio-visual hardware to make sure your events run smoothly.

Things to know: Fitness Centre Renovation

New equipment, a new room layout and new fitness programs are coming your way as we upgrade the Old Barn Fitness Centre to meet your fitness needs. We apologize for the inconvenience as we upgrade our facilities.

The renovation of the Old Barn Fitness Centre will begin in September 2023.
The fitness centre will be closed during the renovation.
The renovation is estimated to take one to two weeks.
Users are invited to use the Wesbrook Fitness Centre while renovations are taking place. Your Old Barn Fitness Centre membership will be honoured at Wesbrook.
