Event Details
- Setup on Friday, March 6 from 10am – 7pm
- Takedown immediately following the event to 7:30pm
- Attendance: 850 Participants, 140 spectators
- Annual UBC Recreation event for the university community
- Hawthorn Place will be a quiet zone with no water zones or spectators
- Food will be provided to the participants
- Sound system will be used at levels heard in the immediate area
