AMS Welcome Back BBQ

Event Details:

• Set up: September 11, 2019 – 7am – 5pm, September 12, 7am – 5pm and  September 13, 7am – 3pm
• Take down: September 14, 2019 – 9am – 5pm
• Alcohol will be served
• Site wide liquor license
• 5000 participants, 50 event staff
• Food trucks
• Sound checks will start as early as 10am intermittently
• No in/out access permitted
• All music will be suitable for all ages
• DJ’s will be providing music
• Emergency access will be maintained at all times
