Events Advisory: Holi and Storm The Wall

Please note that UBC will be hosting the following events in the coming weeks:

Storm the Wall – March 24, 2024 from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.

• 4000 participants expected
• Sound system will be used at levels heard only in the immediate area. Classes and University operations will not be impacted
• Pedestrians and cyclists will be detoured around the routes and accommodated across the routes at key locations when there are gaps in runners. The cycle route will be closed off for participant use only – a detour will be provided around the route for campus pedestrians and cyclists.

Holi 2024 – March 30, 2024 from 10:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

• 4000 participants expected
• A power-boosted sound system will be used and sound levels will be monitored throughout the event
• Road closures at Agronomy Road – Engineering Lane to lane east of West Mall from 10:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
