Carey College Expansion Project

A message from UBC Campus + Community Planning

In response to the public open house feedback received in February, a revised Development Permit application (DP22001) has been received by UBC Campus and Community Planning for an expansion of Carey Theological College at 5920 Iona Drive.

The application includes two new academic/residential buildings to the south and east of the existing Carey Centre. An amendment to the Chancellor Place Neighbourhood Plan is required to realize these expansion plans.
