UNA Camps

We offer week-long and single-day children’s camps throughout the year. All UNA camps focus on safety, acceptance, inclusivity and fun to provide growth opportunities for children (ages 3-15) in the UBC community. Campers develop new skills, build positive relationships and discover their own passions and interests.

UNA Adventure Camps

Are you ready for a summer filled with fun and exploration? The Summer Adventures Camp for children (ages 5-11) offers a week full of sports, team-based games, themed arts & crafts, and out-trips within the UNA/UBC neighbourhoods. Join us each week for a new camp theme which includes themed activities and a field trip at the end of the week! Register for Summer Adventures Camps.

Summer Adventure Camps
- Activities
  With a brand-new theme every week, there’s fun for everyone! Campers will explore, create, and discover through themed activities, games, and a special field trip to cap off the week. Whether they’re crafting masterpieces, scoring goals, or exploring the community, every day is a new adventure you won’t want to miss!
- Requirements
  Campers should wear clothes they are comfortable running around in and that can get messy during arts and crafts. This camp will go outdoors rain or shine, please ensure campers are prepared for the weather. We recommend a hat for the sun and rain jacket and layers for the rain. Please pack a bathing suit and towel for the splash pad every day. All campers must bring a packed lunch, snacks, and water.

Arts Camps

Develop new interests and skills through creative expression in these camps for young creators! Arts camps provide opportunities for children to discover their inner creativity through visual and performing arts.

Dance Camps
Express yourself through movement in dance camps, from ballet to K-pop!
- Activities
  Lots of dancing! Learn new moves, routines, and techniques.
- Requirements
  For ballet, contemporary and jazz type classes, ballet slippers or socks are recommended. For hip-hop and K-pop style classes, please wear non-marking shoes. Please remember to pack a nut-free lunch and water for full-day camps.

Learn to act, sing and dance in a theatre camp!

Discover new and exciting subjects in these camps for young Einstein’s! Our education camps help encourage life long learning by providing achievable challenges in a supportive environment.

Coding, Robotic and 3D Printing Camps
Discover coding, robotics and 3D printing with UNA.
- Activities (What to Expect)
  Learn to Code in Minecraft, Build Robots with Lego and Print 3D creatures all in one camp.
- Requirements (What to Bring)
  Please bring a Windows PC, MacBook, Chromebook, or iPad for each day of camp. A 3-button mouse with a scroll wheel is recommended. Remember to pack a nut-free lunch and water for full-day camps.

Physical Activity Camps

Play the week away in these camps for children that want to go-go-go! Physical activity camps offer an inclusive and fun environment to exercise and build physical literacy through sports and activities.

Sports Camps

Seeking Summer Camp Youth Leaders-in-Training

The UNA is seeking volunteers to be our next crew of Summer Camp Leaders-in-Training Youth. Volunteers will assist Camp Leaders in running camp activities, helping setup and takedown, engaging campers, and so much more. Apply by May 1, 2025.
