AGM 2024 Summary

The University Neighbourhoods Association (UNA) held its Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, October 2, 2024 at the Wesbrook Community Centre.

During the meeting, members voted to adopt a special resolution to amend the UNA Bylaws to implement a new process that would allow for vacancies on the UNA Board of Directors to be filled through a byelection or appointment.

The members were provided updates on the activities, accomplishments, and financial standing of the society in the last fiscal year. The information is summarized in the 2023-2024 Annual Report. The UNA’s audited financial statements for 2023-2024 are also available on the UNA website.
