The operating and capital budgets are annual financial plans for the UNA’s day-to-day operations and its capital expenditures.

The Neighbours Fund is a set of accounts in UBC’s financial records to which are credited the services levies payable to UBC by residents under their leases with UBC and by UBC Properties Trust and other leaseholders in respect of rental and commercial buildings in the UBC neighbourhoods.

The services levy payable by leaseholders of residential properties funds, in part, the services provided to the UBC neighbourhoods.
