New Recreation Policy – Fall 2023

The University Neighbourhoods Association (UNA) will be introducing changes to our recreation policies starting September 2, 2023. You can view the new policies on our Policies page.

The updated policy includes changes in refunds, cancellations and program policies and will include new procedures for casual sport, drop-in sports and drop-in programs.

Refunds, cancellations and program changes are as follows:

The updates also includes a reclassification of drop-in programs as well as new procedures on how to participate:

1. Casual Sports (Badminton, Basketball, Pickleball, Table Tennis, Volleyball)
2. Drop-in Sports (Badminton, Basketball, Pickleball, Table Tennis, Volleyball)
3. Drop-in Programs (Dance, Group Fitness, Martial Arts, Pilates, Puppy Drop-In, Yoga)
