Mundell Park Waterway Update

A message from UBC Properties Trust

The Mundell Waterway, operated by the UBC Properties Trust (UBCPT), is advising residents that the whole waterway has been inspected and they were able identify the areas of concern. UBCPT has engaged with consultants and trades to develop a remediation plan as part of the next phase of the project.

Due to wet weather in the spring and early summer, the project experienced an unexpected delay as the project team needed a long stretch of dry weather in order to correctly flood test the waterway.
