Community Connection Night: Coping with Parenting Anxiety during COVID-19 (Mandarin Session)

Please join the UNA for an online discussion on how to cope with our parenting anxiety at this unusual time. This lecture will be delivered by Psychology Counselor Cheryl Qi who will cover the basic concepts about anxiety and parenting and introduce methods to improve parent-child relationships while staying at home.

Cheryl Qi is a UBC Research Assistant at UBC Psychology Department, a Psychology Counselor, a Crisis Responder at B.C. Crisis Center.

This event is free, but registration is required. This session will be offered in Mandarin only. A meeting ID and password will be provided after registration.
